Reiki is a healing form that has been in existence since the creation of the universe. This is to say that Reiki is Life and Reiki is Everything you see, touch, smell and sense with your physical senses. Reiki is the seat you are sitting on. It is the screen you are reading this from. It is the clothing that you wear and it is the essence of each breath you take. Reiki is Everything and Everything is Reiki. Reiki is also a method of healing that anyone can learn. It does. not require you to have any pre-existing beliefs, it is not a religion, it holds no dogma or rules except the Reiki Principles that each Reiki practitioner tries to uphold in order to be a pure channel for the Universal Energies we call Reiki. There are 3 levels within the Reiki method of healing with each level being given with a 21-day clearing process between each initiation. The clearing process needs to be honoured due to the re-alignment and re-adjustment of your Spiritual Body and Kundalini Channel that Reiki brings forth after each of the attunements that are given.

The first level of Reiki is also referred to as the Practitioner's Initiation. This initiation is open to anyone and has no prerequisites. The 1st attunement opens the energy channels on a physical level, allowing you {the practitoiner} to connect to the Universal Life Force energy {Reiki} which flows from the heart of the Cosmos through the Crown of the Head {Crown Chakra} and down to the Heart and Hands.
