I experience this energy as very clear and also sweet and pleasant. A foundation practice for me at this time is Bon Dzogchen, which features clear light. And this attunement for TRUE SELF HIGHER BEING OF LIGHT feels like it tuned in precisely to that. I don't often get visuals, but i did with this attunement so that was a surprise.
The elements that were particularly strong for me with this attunement, and subsequently working with the energy, are the following (from the manual): "build and restore self confidence, enhances intuition and trust in yourself and your abilities, and helps you to become fearless in pursuing your dreams. Fills you with pure energy, enthusiastic passion, and the inner strength and belief in yourself to overcome any obstacles." I felt that yes those were and are enhanced with this attunement.
I did this around the same time as another attunement (HIGHER SELF WILL ALIGNMENT) also on Jay's site, and my sense is that they worked well together. Thank you Jay for providing us with so many excellent resources that are exactly what i need at just the right time.
