The Shiva Linga Stone has been sacred to Hindus all around the world for thousands of years. It has also been adopted by the New Age and Spiritual Community due to its ability to intensify the Life Force Energy within the Chakra system, specifically the lower 3 Chakras. The Shiva Linga or Lingam is a symbol that represents Lord Shiva in Hinduism. As one of the most powerful Deities, temples are built in his honour and all will include a Shiva Linga to represent the Vibrational Energies of this World and beyond. The popular belief is that the Shiva Linga represents the Phallus, the Emblem of the Generative Power in Nature. According to followers of Hinduism, their Teachers have taught that this is not only a mistake but also a grave blunder. Such as stance, for example, can be found in the teachings of Swami Sivananda. In addition to the Hindu tradition, the Shiva Linga has been adopted by several Metaphysical Disciplines. In this case, it refers to a particular stone from an Indian River that is believed to have Healing powers for the Mind, Body and Soul. To understand these dual uses of the words Shiva Linga, let me approach them one at at time and begin with the origin. They are completely different but connected in their underlying meaning and connection to Lord Shiva. Through your attunement to the Shiva Linga Essence, you will receive a unique encoded Linga stone that will be placed into your Auric Field as well as your Palm Chakras which will enable you to tap into the energies for Self Healing and Spiritual Progression.
