We all need to feel appreciated and loved however there are times when we dont get enough appreciation from our family, peers or as a spiritual teacher, there are times when we also feel unappreciated for the work and the time we put into helping students. Although some will say that as a teacher, we shouldnt feel the need to be appreciated, there are times when it will give us a boost to know that what we are doing is helping those who we teach. This energy system works to help you to learn how to appreciate yourself as well as helping you to tap into the vastness of the universal energy of love in order to feel more love and appreciation in all aspects of your life.
