How Reiki Grand Light Master Came Into Being

 

When I released the 100th degree of Reiki Grand Light Master, I genuinely believed my work with the Grand Master energies was complete. After years of channelling, teaching, and bringing through these sacred energies, I thought I had finally reached the end of this particular journey. Everything felt whole, integrated, and finished. I remember the profound sense of relief that washed over me, the feeling that I could finally rest, that the transmission was complete, and that I could simply focus on teaching what had already been given. But I should have known better. What I want and what Spirit wants are two very different things and when you take a vow of being a channel for spirit to bring forth new energies, you are going to be a vessel until the day you depart this world. In August of 2025, while I was deep in meditation, something extraordinary happened.

 

A brilliant flash of light appeared in my mind's eye, and within that luminous burst, the numbers "101" materialised with crystal clarity. I sat with this vision, turning it over in my consciousness, trying to understand its meaning. I knew it was significant because the intensity of the experience told me that much, but I didn't have a clue what it actually meant or what Spirit was trying to communicate to me. The numbers simply hung there in my awareness, mysterious and pregnant with meaning I couldn't yet grasp. I decided to be patient and allow the understanding to unfold in its own time. I got on with my teaching work, trusting that when the moment was right, the revelation would come. And it did. In the middle of September this year, during another meditation session, the numbers appeared again. But this time, the experience was far more powerful. As "101" manifested before my inner vision, I felt an overwhelming wave of energy rushing through my entire being, a torrent of light and power that entered through my crown chakra and cascaded straight down through every energy center in my body, finally grounding itself in my base chakra. 

 

The force of it left me breathless. And then, in that moment of energetic intensity, I sensed a familiar presence stepping forward. It was Rakesh, my spirit guide who has been instrumental in bringing through so many of these Reiki Grand Master degrees. He spoke just three words, three simple words that changed everything: "GRAND LIGHT MASTER”

 

As I sat with those words and felt the energy still coursing through my body, I knew with absolute certainty that this was being given for a profound reason. If I am the one who is supposed to bring this through, if I have been chosen as the channel for this new level of mastery, then I will do my absolute best to make sure the energies are pure, honest, and transmitted with the same integrity as all the other Reiki Grand Master degrees that I have channelled. This is how Reiki Grand Light Master 101 was born, not from my own ambition or planning, but from Spirit's infinite wisdom and perfect timing.
