Open Heart Reiki teaches you that to have an Open Heart enables you to not only give to others but also to receive Love and Appreciation from others for it is a Heart that is able to give and receive, to love and be loved, fully and unconditionally. Unfortunately, many of us are walking around with Hearts that are not fully open to receive this love and acceptance. Many of us are waking around with our Hearts closed due to past Pain, Disappointments and Rejection. We keep our Hearts closed by not Healing old wounds or releasing deep Anger or Frustration. Having a closed Heart simply harms us in the long run. It affects our ability to feel and closes sown our Creativity. Most importantly, it blocks us from being able to have a fully Positive, Loving Relationship with others.
