This is a short manual, but I find it to be potent because it enhances and hones in on (for me, in my experience) heart flow. And it is "custom" to the individual person which expands and grows as I do. I am noticing a marked increase in my listening, perceiving, and detecting a wider range of incoming information, including what my own system is telling me. It is like being tuned to a higher frequency. This is now a part of my daily morning meditation. It has a brightness and bounce to it.
