I would first like to state that at the Academy we teach everyone to love themselves for who they are, no matter how large or small they look on the outside. It is what is on the inside of your body that counts and you must always work as hard as you can to love yourself for who you are! Saying that there are some people who feel that they need to shift a few pounds or they would like to learn how to love their body's more than they do at this present time. Excess Fat Care is not a system that teaches you to dislike any aspect of your body, it is simply a Spiritual Experience. 

 

Excess Fat Care is a system that Mariah has been working with for a long time where she has found that the energies have greatly helped her with her own weight loss program of Healthy Eating. Within the system, there are various Shakti based activations which arrive to you when you receive your Attunement. a Shakti is a Feminine Divine Intelligence which is similar to that of the Angels but of a different lineage. They respond to the sincere intent and if you want their assistance, you simply have to call upon them with your heartfelt intentions and they will be by your side.
