Dolphins are recognised for their inner light and profound joy. They are known to be highly intelligent creatures who are capable of complex communication methods, they possess many attributes such as intuition, playfulness, sociability and emotional intelligence. Dolphin energy encourages us to choose happiness in our lives, to be light, curious and playful, to maintain and cherish a sense of wonder. They are beautiful energies to help connect with our inner child and re-awaken our playful side, to allow ourselves to be in awe of the joy that is all around us and happily connect with our child self. Dolphins flow with the rhythm of the Universe, they symbolise deep inner peace and balance. They are at one with all and encourage us to dive within and find peace and balance within ourselves, to not take life too seriously or feel wholly responsible; but to embrace our part in this journey of life, our part in the Universe. They urge us to live with love and acceptance, to go with the flow and let go of resistance.
