This is not a large manual, but as I was reading it, a flood of ideas came in, which for me is a confirmation and demonstration that this attunement delivers benefits. Especially since i read it after a few weeks of confusion and heaviness around something that had happened and was still bothering me. The predominant feeling for me with this attunement is stillness, and reconnecting with the part of me that can show me with clarity how to navigate out of the confusion.
I don't generally "see much" on the inner planes, but i kept getting the sense with this COSMIC DRAGON ENERGY of an egg. Large egg that contained me, or smaller egg around specific areas of concern, for instance body part when it is stiff. And hearing the phrase repeatedly also, of Dragon egg. So that is interesting. For years and years, some of my favorite attunements are dragon, and this attunement i definitely recommend. It feels like it taps into the momentum that is built from many many years of working with (a) the very fine attunements from Jay's site, and (b) Dragon. And that was just from reading the manual, not even called in the attunement yet, which happens in a couple weeks.
