As one of Lemuria's revered teachers, Amaru Meru was entrusted with a sacred mission during the final days of the ancient civilisation. When massive tidal waves threatened to destroy Lemuria, he was chosen to safeguard the Sacred Scrolls containing profound scientific and spiritual knowledge, along with the magnificent golden disk of the Sun. His responsibility was to preserve these treasures and maintain the focus of the illumination flame.
Amaru Meru carried this precious knowledge to the mountainous regions surrounding a newly formed lake in what is now South America. There, he established a sanctuary where he could both protect the ancient wisdom and sustain the sacred flame of illumination. The name itself carries deep meaning: "Amaru" translates to "King of the Sun," while "Muru" means "Queen of the Sun."
