The Aasta Energy Ray was channeled in 2009 by Charlotte Ann Snares.

Aasta (Meaning Love in Norwegian) is a new form of Energy Healing work that has been designed to work solely on Clearing, Balancing and Aligning the Heart Chakra. Using this simple system will clear blockages as well as remove negativity. It also helps to open oneself to Self-Love as well as giving and receiving Love in an unconditional way. Finally the energies of Aasta work to heal all forms of Emotional Distress via the blessings of Archangel Uriel and Chamuel.

Hi Lucie.

Thank you for your wonderful review.

I am really happy to read that the Aasta Ray is helping you at this time. Continue to work with the Ray in times of need and if guided in the future, I sense that Imara Reiki might also help you at these times to cleanse dense energies to bring forth clamer and relaxed vibrations into your life.

Take care and please know that I am always here to help if you have any questions or need guidance/support.
